Why Can’t I order online?

We take orders all of the time through e-mail and phone calls- We feel that personal service is still a “best fit” for ordering- We want to help you make this experience a great one and nothing beats a real conversation with an experienced Customer service person- In Person, over the phone or by e-mail we will help you with all aspects of your Job!

Are samples available?

Depending on the size of your job, we can order them for you or we may already have them in house. Give us a call and lets discuss the details.

How do I place my order?

The Ink Market would prefer that all orders are placed in person, written in email, or by phone.

What do I have to have to place an order?

This should get you off to a good start

  • Drop dead due date for your project.
  • Are we shipping? What is the shipping address?
  • A general idea of the garments you would like and sizes.
  • How are we decorating the garmnets, Screen Printing or Embroidery?
  • Decoration Locations: Full Front, Full Back, Left Chest, etc.
  • Imprint Colors for each location: Please be specific.
  • Art Work (We can use most art files if they are of high resolution).
  • If you are having us do your art we just need a general concept.

How and when do I pay?

The Ink Market accepts: Cash, Check, Mastercard, Visa, and will require a 50% deposit to start with the balance due at pickup.

Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, due to the custom identity of each order we can’t offer refunds. We work diligently before your job goes to production to make sure you are getting EXACTLY what you’ve envisioned. Now in the real world mistakes can happen and if a mistake happens please contact The Ink Market and we will do our best to come to a solution. Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your custom order. So satisfied that you’d be willing to inform everyone you know that The Ink Market did an amazing job!

What is your standard turnaround?

Our standard turnaround is 10 business days. Our production times may vary depending on our prodution load, and are tailored to each individual order. We understand that due dates are crucial and it is our goal to achieve those dates each and every time.
